Process Description
The whole treatment system is divided into: pretreatment part, nanofiltration membrane desalination part.
1) Pretreatment part: including quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, automatic water softener and precision filter. The main function of the pretreatment equipment is to remove substances that pollute the reverse osmosis membrane.
2) Desalination part of nanofiltration membrane: The reverse osmosis device can remove more than 98% of the salt in the raw water. The treatment equipment belongs to the physical desalination method, and there is no external pollution. The operation cost of the whole deionized water treatment equipment is low, the quality of the effluent is stable, and the operation is simple;
Process characteristics: Pretreatment is the key to the success of reverse osmosis desalination. The equipment is equipped with a conductivity indicator and a pressure indicator, which can check the water quality and pressure conditions at any time. The reverse osmosis main unit is equipped with a high and low pressure controller, which eliminates the loss of the equipment during high and low pressure operation, that is, when the inlet water pressure of the high pressure pump is too low, or the pressure caused by the membrane blockage is too large due to the long-term non-use of the equipment, it can be Stop the system to protect the high pressure pump. The whole system has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, low operation cost and stable water quality.
Preprocessing section
The pretreatment part includes quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, automatic water softener and precision filter. Its main function is to remove particles, colloids, organic matter, chromaticity and residual chlorine in the raw water, so as to meet the requirements of the water entering the membrane and protect the membrane.
