紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器安(ān)裝(zhuāng)注意點：

1.紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器應水平安(ān)裝(zhuāng)，（也可(kě)立式安(ān)裝(zhuāng)，采購(gòu)前要說明情況）；

2.紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器筒體(tǐ)不得承受外部壓力；

3.紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器應安(ān)裝(zhuāng)在水箱或水塔的出口處，若水量大、水壓高或管網過長(cháng)時則以安(ān)裝(zhuāng)在接近用(yòng)戶的輸水幹（支）管上為(wèi)佳；

4.從紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器的兩端想外延伸，應分(fēn)别留有(yǒu)1.2米，0.5米的空間，以便于更換燈管，紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器控制面闆前應留0.6米的無障礙空間，以便于維修；

5.無論選用(yòng)一台或多(duō)台紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器并聯，均應安(ān)裝(zhuāng)旁通管路和截止閥，以便于維修。

6.合理(lǐ)的選擇安(ān)裝(zhuāng)位置，注意電(diàn)控部分(fēn)的防水、防潮。

7.按名(míng)牌标識的電(diàn)壓、功率選擇電(diàn)源插座、導線(xiàn)或接線(xiàn)闆連接；

4.使用(yòng)前需檢查石英套管有(yǒu)無破裂，如已破裂則不能(néng)使用(yòng)；

5.使用(yòng)時要用(yòng)帶漏電(diàn)保護開關的電(diàn)源；

6.使用(yòng)水壓0.63Mpa。

紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器的維護和保養

1.定期檢查設備運行狀态，及時發現并排除故障；

2.定期清洗設備，當有(yǒu)需要時，可(kě)用(yòng)适合的清潔劑（如玻璃清潔劑）清洗石英套管，但要小(xiǎo)心避免刮花(huā)石英套管，以保證理(lǐ)想透光率；

3.當紫外燈使用(yòng)8000小(xiǎo)時後要考慮更換，保證理(lǐ)想殺菌效果；

如長(cháng)期不使用(yòng)本設備，請将紫外線(xiàn)燈管和石英套管從紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器内取出包裝(zhuāng)好，并将紫外線(xiàn)殺菌器内部的積水清幹，一起存放在包裝(zhuāng)盒内，妥善保管。
