Product introduction and principle

The automatic suction brush filter is a new generation of new products developed on the basis of the original automatic suction filter. It consists of a cylinder body, a stainless steel filter screen, a brush and a brush holder, a rotating shaft, a rotating motor and a sewage discharge device. When the pressure difference reaches a certain value, the drain valve is automatically opened, and the motor is started at the same time, so that the rotating frame rotates clockwise. The stainless steel wire brush pushes the impurities on the wall of the filter cartridge forward, so that the accumulation layer of impurities is continuously thickened. After the impurities were quickly removed, the differential pressure returned to normal. The drain valve is automatically closed, and the self-cleaning procedure is completed. The self-cleaning method uses differential pressure to control the opening and closing of the blowdown valve, realizes automatic operation, does not require manual operation, has short blowdown time, greatly reduces water loss caused by blowdown, and has high cleaning efficiency.

The automatic suction brush filter is suitable for cooling water, sewage, process water, water supply system and other systems that need to filter out mechanical impurities. It is widely used in iron and steel industry, metallurgical industry, paper industry, chemical industry, plastic industry, irrigation and other water supply systems.
